Replacement & Refund Policy

Cancellations

Since we operate on a book-wait-ship policy (please refer to our Order & Shipping Policy page for details), at this stage we do not accept cancellations for any orders. We would hence suggest you to plan and place your orders accordingly. However, you can still drop us a note at gamepookie.com@gmail.com for any request you may have and we could look into it if the order hasn't been processed already.

Refund & Replacement Policy

We operate with the aim to deliver your orders in a condition that is as pristine as possible. The promise is to for the end consumer 'to get what you see' on the website. Hence, any damages and losses during transit, leading to you receiving your item in a condition that doesn't match the description on the website, would be covered by us. Any order affected by such circumstances would be eligible for a replacement/refund. However, there are a few steps that we would need from the customer as per our store policy:

1. Make an unboxing video of the order once you've received it clearly recording the outer box being opened and the items being taken out and checked thoroughly -  with any damages to the outer seal, box, or otherwise shown in the same video (if present).

2. Drop us an email with the details of your grievance - including the Order Number and your Phone Number within 24 hours of receiving your order.

3. Once we receive your email, we shall reach out to you on WhatsApp to get any more details if required, and the unboxing video as well.

4. Lastly, once all the steps from above are completed, we shall then offer you a full refund or a free replacement based on the availability of the product.
