Orders & Pre-Orders

GamePookie is a small-scale home-run business that is currently worked entirely by a single person. As such, our order policy is something very particular that I would like to highlight and clarify so as to be completely transparent with you.

Most of our listings are for games and/or releases that aren't otherwise directly available in our region. Hence, our orders are on a book-wait-ship basis. This means that there are basically 3 steps to every order:

As soon as an order is placed on our website, we start to import the required units of each game to our shipping centre in India. This process usually takes around 3 weeks.
Once the import lots have arrived and cleared through customs, we check each product for quality assurance and only ship if everything is in-line with our listing.
Finally, your order then gets shipped to you domestically with the tracking details made available to you on the website. This final stage takes around 3-8 days depending on your location, to have your Pookie delivered to your doorstep.

Having share the details above, I want to fully clarify that we do not charge anything for any of the steps besides the price that is listed for each product, and the amount that you pay when you check out on your cart. The price you pay guarantees delivery of the products in the listed condition to your doorstep within India.

For all Pre-orders, please note that every listing would state the expected release date for the said product. As such, for any pre-order that you place, please expect the same delivery timeline as a regular order from the date of release.

Lastly, please note that we always ship and fulfill our orders in full. This means that should you club a pre-order product with a released product, both items would only be shipped once the pre-ordered product has also arrived and is ready. To get faster shipping on released games, kindly place separate orders.

Shipping Policy

GamePookie ships games pan-India with Shiprocket as our Delivery Partner. All items are guaranteed to be shipped in sturdy boxes with enough padding & protection to ensure safe delivery.

Once shipped, a tracking number for the order will be made available for your visibility.
